Sheny’s greatest passion to help people alleviate pain and her keen interest in Woman’s Health and incontinence management while she was at KKH, inspired her to pursue a career in this field. With an ambition to become a fully qualified physiotherapist, Sheny completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy in 2000. At present, Sheny works as a locum physiotherapist at different hospitals which included Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
Currently she works as a visiting physiotherapist for the Parkway group’s hospital.
Although Sheny has special interest for Women’s Health and Paediatrics, she has also gained vast experience in treating a multitude of conditions while working in public and community hospitals. In the private health service, Sheny has gained tremendous respect for her practice as a senior physiotherapist at KK Women and Children’s hospital.
She is one of the very few certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage physiotherapist. She completed her certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Dr Vodders School International, Washington USA.
She is also certified in Clinical Pilates (Australia).
