Rebecca graduated with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
Her passion for physiotherapy was inspired by her longstanding involvement in volleyball. Having experienced sports injuries and rehabilitation firsthand, Rebecca developed a deep appreciation for how physiotherapy helps individuals recover from injury, optimise performance, and continue participating in the activities they enjoy.
Rebecca believes that movement is medicine and advocates for evidence-based physiotherapy combined with strength training to promote long-term health and longevity. She believes that building strength is fundamental not only for rehabilitation, but also for injury prevention, improved physical function, and maintaining an active, independent lifestyle throughout all stages of life.
She has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is committed to delivering personalised care that aligns with each individual’s goals. Her treatment approach integrates thorough clinical assessment, hands-on manual therapy, and progressive exercise rehabilitation to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Rebecca is certified in:
Trigger Point Dry Needling (Level 1) – GEMt
Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level 1
World Rugby Immediate Care in Rugby (ICIR) Level 2
These qualifications further enhance her ability to assess and manage both sporting and non-sporting injuries using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach.

Outside the clinic, Rebecca enjoys strength training and playing volleyball. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she continually pursues professional development to refine her clinical skills and provide the highest standard of physiotherapy care for every patient.
