Grace is a registered physiotherapist at Rapid Physiocare with a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and restoring functional movement. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology and has developed her clinical acumen through diverse patient care settings, with a strong foundation in the community care sector.
Her experience spans a broad spectrum of conditions — from managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, to supporting patients through complex post-operative recovery, neurological challenges, and age-related mobility issues. Her strength lies in developing clear, actionable treatment plans that are highly individualised, combining clinical evidence with the realities of each patient’s lifestyle and goals.
At Rapid Physiocare, Grace brings a holistic, goal-oriented approach to every session. She works closely with her patients to understand not only their physical condition, but also their habits, fears, motivations, and aspirations. She believes that physiotherapy should empower — helping individuals rebuild strength, confidence, and control over their bodies through sustainable movement patterns.
Her key clinical interests include:
• Management of musculoskeletal conditions (neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle)
• Return-to-function and reconditioning post orthopaedic surgery
• Rehabilitation for age-related deconditioning and falls prevention
• Neurological rehab for stroke and balance deficits
• Movement retraining through strength, mobility, and Pilates-based interventions
A former national-level student-athlete with over 7 years of competitive canoeing and dragon boat experience, Grace deeply understands performance demands, athletic discipline, and injury prevention. Her personal journey in high-performance sport informs her approach with active individuals — from casual gym-goers to amateur athletes — as she helps them train, recover, and return with greater resilience.
She continues to remain active through Pilates and gym-based training, both of which she integrates into her physiotherapy programmes when clinically appropriate. This synergy between clinical precision and movement intelligence allows her to support patients from rehab to full recovery and beyond.
Patients describe Grace as warm, attentive, and highly intuitive. She is committed to building a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust, clarity, and motivation — ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
