Atiq is an AHPC certified physiotherapist and graduated with aBachelor of Science in Physiotherapyfrom Trinity College Dublin. With a genuine passion for helping others, Atiq embarked on her professional journey in 2015, beginning as a physiotherapist at a prominent public hospital.

Throughout her career, she has accumulated extensive experience in managing a diverse range of clinical conditions. Her expertise encompasses geriatric care, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, musculoskeletal disorders, and sports-related injuries. Notably, Atiq has developed a keen interest in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for spinal and peripheral injuries. Furthermore, she excels in providing personalised strength and conditioning programs tailored to individuals of all ages, ranging from the young to the senior population, as well as recreational and competitive sports athletes.

Atiq is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist who firmly believes in the adage “health is wealth.” With a lifelong involvement in sports, she has personally experienced the transformative power of physical activity. From a young age, she fearlessly pushed her limits and dedicated over 10 years to the national Silat team, achieving remarkable success as a two-time SEA Games medallist athlete in 2017 and 2019. This firsthand knowledge of the demands and potential injuries associated with combat sports activities fuels her commitment to assisting athletes and individuals alike.

Building on her sports background, Atiq pursued further professional development and completed The ProSport Academy’s esteemed ‘Go-To’ Therapist Mentorship in 2022. This program has equipped her with advanced knowledge and skills in treating athletes, particularly those involved in combat sports such as Silat, Taekwondo, Boxing and Judo. She aims to empower her patients by providing a comprehensive and structured rehabilitation framework. By prioritizing progressions, fostering adherence, and striving for full recovery, Atiq guides her patients on a step-by-step journey toward their rehabilitation goals.
