Aparna is Available
With over 20 years of experience, Aparna Shah is a highly respected physiotherapist and Master Pilates Instructor who brings clinical precision, deep empathy, and movement expertise to every patient she supports. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based physiotherapy, complemented by a mastery of Pilates as a powerful tool of rehabilitation and prevention.
Aparna specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, postural correction, and functional recovery. She has worked extensively with individuals across all age groups — helping them overcome pain, restore movement, and build long-term strength and stability.
Her Pilates journey began from a personal experience — supporting her mother through osteoporosis and menopause. This sparked her interest in mindful movement as a therapeutic approach, leading to formal training with Polestar Pilates and eventually becoming a Faculty Educator for Balanced Body, one of the world’s leading Pilates education bodies.
At Rapid Physiocare, Aparna leads as Senior Principal Physiotherapist, managing complex rehabilitation cases and mentoring the next generation of physiotherapists. She also conducts Pilates teacher training courses across Asia and integrates movement education into her clinical work.
