With over a decade of experience across Singapore’s public, private, and community healthcare sectors, De Li brings a wealth of clinical expertise to Rapid Physiocare. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy awarded by Trinity College Dublin through the Singapore Institute of Technology, following his Diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic.
De Li has extensive experience managing a wide spectrum of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, geriatric care, and complex physical disabilities. His diverse clinical background allows him to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programmes tailored to each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and functional needs.
Beyond traditional rehabilitation, De Li has a strong interest in movement quality, biomechanics, and performance optimisation. His background in traditional martial arts, combined with formal coaching certification under the Singapore Sport Institute, has deepened his understanding of efficient movement and human performance. This unique perspective enables him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term physical resilience.
Certified in Kinesiology Taping and committed to ongoing professional development, De Li combines evidence-based practice with a thoughtful, patient-centred approach. He works closely with every client to develop personalised strategies that not only address symptoms but also restore confidence, movement, and quality of life.
At Rapid Physiocare, De Li is dedicated to helping individuals move with greater freedom, perform with confidence, and achieve meaningful, lasting recovery.
