Diana is a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, working with athletes and high performing individuals to restore function, build resilience, and elevate movement capacity. She holds a Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy in Sports from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology and Trinity College Dublin, equipping her with advanced clinical reasoning and evidence led decision making.
Her practice is built on precision assessment, biomechanical efficiency, and structured return to performance strategies. Diana has extensive experience managing acute, chronic, and post operative conditions, and works closely with orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, progressive, and outcome driven rehabilitation.
An athlete at heart, Diana brings real world performance insight into every session. With competitive experience in soccer and floorball, and ongoing training in weightlifting, indoor bouldering, and strength conditioning, she understands the physical and psychological demands of high performance environments. She is also an AUSActive certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, integrating Pilates principles to enhance control, stability, and movement quality across rehabilitation and performance training.
Diana gained valuable pitch side experience in Australia, providing on field support for Goodwood Saints Football Club and working at major sporting events including the Head of the River Regatta and City Bay Fun Run. Her role involved acute injury management, sports taping, and return to play decision making in live sporting environments. She has completed formal training in sports taping and Level 1 sports training and continues to pursue advanced education to stay at the forefront of sports rehabilitation.
Having previously trained and worked at Rapid Physiocare, Diana returns as a Senior Physiotherapist with advanced postgraduate training, sharpened clinical insight, and a clear performance mindset. She is driven by standards, progression, and outcomes, working with structure, intent, and precision to help clients move better, train harder, and perform with confidence.
