Kimberley believes that ‘You have to be stronger than the circumstances that you’re facing’, in work and in life. We will rise above our problems, learn to accept and solve them step by step, as long as we keep moving forward. This is also the reason Kimberley has chosen to become a Physiotherapist as her choice of career, so that she can help anyone in need to move freely whenever and wherever they are.
Kimberley is a certified Physiotherapist who has completed her Bachelor Honours of Science in Physiotherapy from INTI International University. Her clinical practice has helped her to develop a strong base of clinical knowledge and skills in treating different patients for various conditions.
Prior to joining Rapid Physiocare, Kimberley has gained experience working in various government and private hospitals where she treated a vast variety of conditions ranging from Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, to Sports. She is among the few to join the first private rehabilitation hospital in Malaysia to cooperate in a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded care for stroke, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and post-operative rehab patients.
Apart from being a physiotherapist, Kimberley is also a Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor where she teaches Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels pilates to different types of individuals such as athletes, fitness enthusiasts or patients who seek active rehabilitation. Kimberley incorporates pilates into her physiotherapy practices alongside with her manual techniques to provide engaging and holistic care to her patients.
